Installation requirements

1.Select appropriate ceiling channels and grids

2.Select appropriate board

A. Proper thickness ( in accordance with the usage)

3 .Use Huilon screw with proper size to fix the board

A. The sequence of screw tacking is from the middle to the edges

B. It is forbidden to tack within 1cm of the edgs

C. The space between the screw if 10mm—20mm

D. The space between the pieces of the board is 3mm—5mm

E. The distance between the top of the screw and the surface of the board should >0.5

F. An anti-rust treatment in advance is necessary if the screw is iron

4.The seaming treatment of the board

Fill the elastic putty directly into the seaming, press until no space, air-dry, burnish with the sand paper.

5.Lacquering of the board

The non-woven side of board should adown or forth, putty filling should be done in 1 week, air-dry, paint latex.

6.Surface treatment of the board

A. Remove the rust and the putty, dry the board.

B1.Simply decorate the surface of the board: paste wallpaper, painting, and etc.

Information:
Pultruded grating is made by a particular assembly process, which using “I” shape as its main load-bearing and special rod to go through the bearing bar. Jiuding series of pultruded grating include the standard grating and the custom grating, the custom grating can be designed to meet customer’s requirement or special using condition by changing the shape, size and space of the bearing bars, the surface can be covered with lozenge panel, grit panel, or added the anti-slippery sand directly.

FRP pultruded grating has the most characteristics of molded grating, but it has its distinct advantages, it has very high fiberglass content in the loading direction, so it has very high load capability, it has more superiority when used at wide span, so that the basic support will be decreased and the project cost will be reduced accordingly.

Our company designs and produces the FRP lighting pole according to ANSI CI 136.20:1990 <<Fiberglass Reinforcement Plastic Lighting Pole>>
The exterior surface should be smooth and aesthetic, shall be free of crack, air bubbles, damage or any exposed surface fiber.
The surface of the pole should be finished with an ultraviolet-resistant uniform coating and has exceptional weather-resistance performance.
The interior surface should be free of stratification, blocking and white stain that is the result of the fiber not being thoroughly wetted by the resin.
>The cover of wire hole must be waterproof, the metal fittings to be used for interior fastening must be hot galvanized or stainless steel.
The height of the FRP Lighting Pole should have a tolerance of +30mm, -0mm and the thickness is +3mm, -0mm.
The surface hardness of the pole should be over 35.
The bent strength of the pole should be over 320Mpa.
According to AASHTO.LTS.2:198, the pole shall not exceed a maximum deflection of 10% of the pole length above the ground line when subject to the maximum simulated wind loading and shall not have more than 1% permanent deflection.

FRP Pultrusion Profiles

 

 

Pultrusion profile is a kind of compound materials which is formed by taking fiberglass as the reinforced material, and taking thermosetting resin as base, the fiberglass continuous roving enable the product to have the extremely high longitudinal strength, the fiberglass mat (continuous strand mat, knitted mat and so on) makes the product have the good transverse strength. The thermosetting resin base is usually the unsaturated polyester resin, the vinyl resin, or the epoxy resin and the phenolic resin, the resin base enable the product to have the good anti-corrosion property, the different resin enables the product to be suitable for various corrosion environment, to add the ultraviolet inhibitor and fire retardant may enable the product to have the outstanding anti-aging property and the different rank anti-flammable property.
Add the nexus mat on the product surface could make it obtain best corrosion-resistance and anti-ageing properties. The fiberglass content in pultrusion profile is usually 45%-75% (weight ratio), the balance is resin and additive. Unsaturated polyester resin and vinyl resin are the most commonly used resin base.

Producing technique

Pultrusion is a continuous process to produce the random length FRP profiles with alike section, first to get the fiberglass continuous roving and mat on creels through the resin bath under the traction of pultrusion machine, then take shape through a pre-molding with a kind of section shape, and cured by heating die and finally cooling and auto-sawing.
Pultrusion process is a kind of advanced mechanized compound materials molding process, which has the small environmental pollution, high production efficiency, small cutting loss and no waste leftover material, it could produce random length FRP profiles with the alike section.
